Najaf: The forces of the Second Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) carried out a security operation to clear the desert of Najaf, in coordination with the security agencies and departments in the province.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the PMF Commission stated in a statement that the operation resulted in the removal and dismantling of dozens of war remnants, the locations of which had been previously identified. These remnants date back to the wars of 1991 and 2003 and pose a direct threat to the lives of farmers and shepherds in the desert areas.
