Baghdad: The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, received today, Thursday, the President of the Arab Investment Court, Nasser bin Sultan, his deputy, Naji Abdul, and the Iraqi member of the court, Judge Musa Saleh al-Khafaji. The meeting was aimed at discussing judicial collaboration and enhancing the role of the Iraqi judiciary in regional judicial activities.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Council explained that the visiting delegation reviewed the nature of the work of the Arab Investment Court. They emphasized the importance of the Iraqi judiciary's participation in the court, which plays a crucial role in resolving investment-related disputes in the Arab region. The discussions included ways to strengthen the collaboration between the Iraqi judiciary and the Arab Investment Court, highlighting mutual benefits for both parties.
