The Rapid Response Division forces arrested an accused of arms trade in Maysan.

A statement by the division stated: "The forces of the Fourth Regiment of the Fourth Brigade, of the Rapid Response Division, carried out, in cooperation with the division's intelligence department, a wide search operation in the Qadisiyah neighborhood in Maysan Governorate, during which an accused of arms trade was arrested."

The statement added: "Light weapons, a quantity of ammunition, and spare parts for various weapons were seized at the suspect's house, and he was handed over with the seized materials to the competent authorities."
