Washington: The US State Department has approved a potential deal to enhance Ukraine’s air defense capabilities, comprising missiles, launchers, anti-drone radars, and support equipment.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the package includes “S-300 Clone” and GAM-67 missiles, extended-range laser-guided air defense missile systems, and RPS-202 anti-drone radars, alongside logistical and programmatic support.

Should the proposed deal be finalized, Ukraine would fund the purchase using European contributions and US Foreign Military Financing.
