Maysan: One person was killed and two others were injured in a tribal dispute that broke out in Al-Majar Al-Kabir district, south of Maysan Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a security source stated that a quarrel developed into the use of firearms, resulting in casualties.

The source added that security forces rushed to the scene and imposed a security cordon to prevent a recurrence of the conflict. The injured were transported to the hospital and the body to the forensic medicine department. An investigation into the incident has been opened.
