Washington: US President Donald Trump announced the cancellation of his planned meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during his meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte at the White House, Trump stated, "We canceled the meeting with President Putin." He further explained, "I didn't feel the time was right, and I didn't feel we would reach the outcome we wanted, so I decided to cancel it, but we will hold it in the future."
