Trump Demands Revocation of Licenses for Networks Not Airing His Speech

Washington: US President Donald Trump on Thursday called for the revocation of broadcast licenses from television networks that refused to air his prime-time speech about election fraud. He suggested, without providing evidence, that these networks were complicit in efforts to manipulate the election.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Trump stated, "They and others in the media are part of a scheme. Such fraudulent practices should result in their licenses being revoked." He criticized the networks for using public airwaves without compensation, specifically naming ABC and NBC.

Trump has consistently argued that his loss in the 2020 election was the result of fraud. However, over 60 lawsuits have failed to yield a favorable verdict for him, and various recounts and audits have not changed the election results.
