Washington: US President Donald Trump warned Iran against retaliating for the attacks launched by US forces today. Trump stated that any retaliation from Iran would result in much more powerful and severe repercussions.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Trump conveyed his message through the Truth Social platform, where he mentioned that the strikes were in response to Iran’s attempts to plant mines in the Strait of Hormuz. He emphasized that if Iran chooses to retaliate for today’s attacks, they will face even fiercer strikes.

Trump further declared that while today’s actions were significant, the most substantial attack could still be ahead. He noted that if it occurred, the consequences for Iran would be severe, leaving very little intact.
