Ankara: The Turkish Presidency has confirmed that Israel has once again demonstrated, through its aggression, that it is only interested in bloodshed and war. The Director of the Communications Department of the Turkish Presidency, Fahrettin Alton, emphasized that the Israeli occupation is solely interested in such actions, noting Israel’s continued violation of ceasefire agreements and its pursuit of ethnic cleansing activities, which disregard international law.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Fahrettin Alton commented on the Israeli occupation’s renewed aggression in the Gaza Strip via his X account. He criticized Western media’s portrayal of the attack as a surprise, stating that the massacre aligns with Israel’s longstanding genocidal policy. Alton expressed disappointment in the civilized world’s failure to condemn the killing of tens of thousands of innocents and highlighted the ongoing systematic campaign against civilians.

Alton further criticized the financial support provided by Western countries to Israel, describing it as appalling. He warned that the West’s failure to hold Israel accountable would haunt them in their discussions on human rights and democracy. He commended the resilience of the Palestinian people, emphasizing their unyielding spirit and determination in their struggle against colonial occupation.

Alton asserted Turkey’s strong condemnation of the recent Israeli attacks on Palestinians and expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people. He called for a coalition of humanity to halt Israeli war crimes, echoing Turkish President Erdogan’s repeated calls for global accountability and a push for a two-state solution. Alton affirmed Turkey’s unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and its commitment to opposing cruelty, oppression, and occupation.
