Turkey’s Exports Reach a Record High of $273 Billion Last Year


Baghdad: Turkey achieved a record high in exports during 2025, with revenues reaching $273.4 billion, marking a 4.5 percent increase compared to 2024.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Turkish export sector witnessed a significant leap last year, continuing the growth trajectory that began in 2021.



The data showed that Germany topped the list of countries importing Turkish products in 2025, with exports to Germany reaching $19.834 billion, a 9.57 percent increase compared to the previous year.



The data indicated that exports to Germany constituted 8.36 percent of Turkey’s total exports last year.



Britain came in second with exports valued at $14.2 billion, followed by the United States with exports valued at $13.2 billion.



The Turkish Exporters Assembly confirmed that Turkey has been able to increase its exports steadily and continuously since 2021, reflecting the improved competitiveness of the Turkish economy and its expanding presence in global markets.
