Dohuk: Kurdish sources announced that Turkish aircraft targeted sites in the Matina Mountains in Dohuk, northern Iraq, this morning, Saturday, without specifying the extent of the losses.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, areas in the Kurdistan Region, northern Iraq, are constantly subjected to Turkish air and artillery bombardment. Turkish authorities say they are targeting members and sites of the banned Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK).

On Friday, July 11, the PKK began a weapons surrender ceremony in the Jasna Cave in Sulaymaniyah, northern Iraq, following an agreement with the Turkish government.
