Baghdad:A Turkish delegation, including the Turkish Ambassador to Baghdad, Anil Bora Inan, and several businesspeople, visited the Ministry of Oil to discuss potential investment opportunities in Iraq’s oil and gas sector.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the visit by the Turkish delegation followed a recent trip to Turkey by the Minister of Oil, Basim Mohammed Khudair Al-Abadi. During the meeting, the Deputy Minister for Extraction Affairs, Naseer Aziz, and several directors-general were present to discuss the enhancement of relations with Turkey.

The delegation was informed about the available investment opportunities in Iraq’s oil and gas sector and the possibility of participation by Turkish investment firms.
