Turkish MoD: 3 Kurdish Opposition Militants Neutralized In Northern Iraq

Baghdad The Turkish army announced the neutralization of 3 PKK militants in northern Iraq.

A statement by the Turkish Ministry of Defense stated: The Turkish forces neutralized the three gunmen after they were spotted in a cave within the scope of Operation Claw-Lock.

Last April, Ankara launched the “claw-lock” operation against the positions of the Kurdistan Workers Party and its loyal factions in northern Iraq, which Ankara classifies as terrorist entities.
