Baghdad The Turkish Presidency announced that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin by phone that he is ready to host him with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Turkey for talks.
“Erdogan told Putin that a permanent ceasefire in Ukraine could lead to a long-term solution,” it added.
