Baghdad: A delegation from the Iraqi Turkmen Front, led by Chairman Muhammad Semaan, engaged in discussions with Al-Hasm Alliance Chairman and Minister of Defense, Thabet al-Abbasi. The meeting focused on current political developments and future strategies, highlighting the significance of collaborative efforts to bolster the Turkmen regions.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, both parties stressed the preservation of strategic interests for the Turkmen community within the state’s framework. They advocated for joint initiatives to promote stability and ensure the involvement of Turkmen representatives in the national decision-making process.

The Turkmen Front’s delegation also comprised Luqman Najm al-Rashidi, the representative for Nineveh and Political Bureau member, as well as Kulshan Jalal, head of the Baghdad branch.
