Hilla: A force from the Organized Crime Unit in Babylon arrested two individuals in an ambush in the Jibla district north of Hilla. The individuals were found in their possession of ten pistols of various types and a quantity of ammunition, all unlicensed.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Colonel Yasser Salim Witwit, Director of the Organized Crime Unit in Babylon, stated, “The Organized Crime Unit in Babylon set up an ambush for two individuals traveling in a car containing ten pistols of various types and a quantity of ammunition, all unlicensed. They were attempting to transport the weapons to Hilla.”
