Mosul: Search teams in Old Mosul have discovered two skeletons, which are believed to belong to two long-missing girls.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a source from the Nineveh Police reported that the skeletons were located in a site previously identified as one of the isolated areas in the Old City. This area had been notorious for suspicious activities during the period of terrorist control.

The source further mentioned that the skeletons have been handed over to the forensic medicine department in Mosul. This step is crucial for determining the identities of the remains.
