Mosul: A security source in the Nineveh Police reported two suicides due to psychological conditions, according to a source in the Nineveh Police.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a girl ended her life by hanging herself in her home in the Bartella district, east of Mosul. Another housewife on the right side of Mosul set herself on fire with oil, resulting in severe burns. She is currently receiving treatment at the Republican Hospital in Mosul.

The source added that security forces have opened an investigation into the incidents. Relatives of the two women who committed suicide cited psychological conditions and family problems as the reasons for their actions.
