Khanaqin: A joint security force arrested two suspects accused of arms trafficking in Khanaqin District, Diyala Governorate. Director of Relations and Media in the Diyala Police, Brigadier General Haitham Al-Shammari, shared details of the operation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Brigadier General Al-Shammari revealed that the arrest of the suspects was based on accurate intelligence information. During the operation, authorities seized five pistols, three Kalashnikov rifles, and a large quantity of ammunition from the suspects.

Legal measures have been taken against the individuals, and they have been referred to the judiciary for further proceedings.
