Baghdad: A force from the Diyala Police arrested two individuals accused of theft in two separate incidents in Diyala.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a joint force from the Diyala Police and the West Baquba Anti-Crime Office apprehended a suspect who confessed to stealing a car from a residential building in the Al-Saylo area, west of Baquba. The suspect also admitted to committing several motorcycle thefts previously. The necessary legal procedures were taken against him, and he was referred to the judiciary to receive his just punishment.

The source indicated that another police force arrested a suspect who had stolen from a warehouse in the Jubaynat area on the outskirts of Baquba. The warehouse contained agricultural materials, building materials, and fencing. The source explained that the arrest came after field surveillance and thorough investigations that led to the identification and apprehension of the suspect.
