Baghdad The Anti-crime Directorate detachments of Baghdad arrested two suspects in cases of theft and forgery.
A statement by the Directorate stated: The detachments of the Bab Al-Sheikh Anti-Crime Bureau arrested a suspect wanted for the crime of theft in accordance with the provisions of Article 444 of the Penal Code for stealing an amount of $20,000 from inside a vehicle parked in front of a shop, where legal measures were taken against him.
The statement added that the detachments of the Anti- Crime of Doura Office arrested a suspect for forging a Master Card issued by Al-Rafidain Bank, and he arrived with a sum of 15 million Iraqi dinars bearing the Rafidain Bank logo, where he was arrested in accordance with the provisions of Article 298/292 of the Penal Code.
