According to National Iraqi News Agency, the two individuals were apprehended while actively practicing dentistry without proper qualifications.

A security source stated that the two Syrians were caught red-handed engaging in dental practices. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the accused only possessed a secondary school certificate, lacking any formal dental education or credentials.
