Baghdad: Two young men drowned in the Euphrates River south of Hilla. The river police of the Babil Police Command are searching for the bodies in the Al-Zubair area of Al-Shumali district, where the incident occurred on Friday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Babil Police Media Director, Colonel Ammar Al-Shammari, stated that the police received a report about the drowning incident. The report indicated that the two young men were swimming in the Euphrates River when they drowned, and their bodies have not yet been recovered.
