Malayer: An unidentified drone was reported to have been shot down in Malayer city, located in the Lorestan province of western Iran. Iranian media disclosed the incident on Tuesday, highlighting the ongoing tensions in the region.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Tasnim News Agency reported that the Iranian armed forces’ air defenses engaged and successfully neutralized the unidentified drone over Malayer city. This incident is part of a broader pattern of escalating military activities in the region.

Israel has conducted continuous attacks using fighter jets and drones since the early hours of Friday. These attacks have targeted a range of sites, including military and civilian areas, media institutions, and economic facilities.

In retaliation, Iran has launched several missile and drone strikes aimed at critical military and economic infrastructures. The targets included power plants in Haifa and oil refineries, as well as Israel’s long-range air defense systems.
