Baghdad: The US Embassy in Baghdad has stated that there has been no change to the operational status of the US Embassy in the city and the Consulate General in Erbil.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the US Embassy in Baghdad emphasized that the United States remains committed to advancing its policy priorities in Iraq. The commitment includes strengthening Iraq’s sovereignty and maintaining engagement with both Iraqi leaders and the Iraqi populace.
