Baghdad The Russian “Novosti” News Agency reported that a violent explosion occurred in the center of Donetsk city, the capital of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic in southeastern Ukraine.
According to the Agency, the explosion was heard tens of meters from the headquarters of the government of the Donetsk People’s Republic, which is not recognized internationally.
