Wasit: A vigil was held in Wasit this morning to commemorate the souls of the martyrs of the hypermarket incident. Wasit Governor Ali Hassan Salimoun directed all official departments in the province to observe a minute of silence and recite Surah Al-Fatihah at 9:00 AM this Tuesday, in remembrance of the martyrs of Kut on the anniversary of the tragic hypermarket bombing.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, in an official directive, the governor emphasized that this moment of silence is a tribute to the victims and a commemoration of their sacrifice, urging all government institutions in the province to adhere to the directive at the specified time.
