Baghdad: The Iraqi Meteorological Organization predicted rising dust and temperatures in the coming days. In a statement, the organization said: “Tomorrow, Sunday, the weather will be clear, with light to moderate winds that will occasionally become active, causing dust storms in some areas. Temperatures will be slightly higher than the previous day across all regions. The minimum temperature in Baghdad today was 26 degrees Celsius, and the expected maximum is 45 degrees Celsius.”
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the statement added that “Monday’s weather will be clear across the country, with temperatures similar to the previous day. Winds will be light to moderate from the northwest.” The forecast further indicated that Tuesday’s weather will be clear to partly cloudy, with temperatures rising in the central and southern regions and remaining similar to the previous day in the north. Winds will be light to moderate from the northwest, occasionally becoming active.
