Lahj: The Yemeni army has announced that it successfully repelled an attempt by the Houthi group, known as Ansar Allah, to advance into the southern coastal province of Lahj, near the Red Sea. This development follows a series of clashes in the region.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Asil al-Saqladi, the director of the media center for the Southern Giants Brigades, reported that the Southern Giants forces engaged in confrontations with the Houthis along the borders of the al-Mudharabah district in Lahj. Al-Saqladi stated that the forces responded to the Houthi fire with light and medium weapons, effectively silencing them and preventing their advancement towards the al-Mudharabah areas, located west of Lahj.
