Hillah: A young man was killed and another was injured by random gunfire at a wedding party in Hillah, the capital of Babylon Governorate, on Tuesday evening.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, Director of Media for the Babylon Police, stated, "A young man was killed and his relative was injured by random gunfire while attending a wedding party in the Al-Bu Taif area of Hillah."

He further mentioned that the police have transferred the body to the forensic medicine department and have opened an investigation into the incident.
