Diyala: A woman in her twenties committed suicide by hanging herself inside her home north of Baqubah, the capital of Diyala Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a police source reported that the woman took her life using a shawl in the village of Al-Tahwila, on the outskirts of Al-Khalis, north of Baqubah.

The police source identified the victim as Kalent, noting that initial findings suggest she was experiencing stress and psychological issues. Security services have initiated a thorough investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
