Zelensky Open to Negotiations with Russia Following Complete Ceasefire

Kyiv: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has confirmed that Kyiv is prepared to engage in negotiations with Russia once a complete ceasefire is achieved. However, he has not yet rescinded the decree prohibiting such negotiations.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Zelensky stated at a press conference, "If the Russians are ready for a complete ceasefire, and after a complete ceasefire with an agreed timeframe, we are ready for any negotiations with them, whatever they may be."

On March 18, during a conversation with President Donald Trump, President Putin expressed a positive response to the proposal for both parties involved in the conflict to mutually refrain from attacks on energy infrastructure for 30 days and has instructed the military accordingly.
