Baghdad: The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidane, has engaged in discussions with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Fuad Hussein, regarding the ministry's role in monitoring the implementation of the memoranda of understanding (MoUs) that the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council has signed with judicial counterparts in various countries. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Supreme Judicial Council issued a statement detailing that Judge Zidane hosted Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein on Thursday morning. The discussions focused on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' responsibilities in ensuring that the Iraqi judicial MoUs, agreed upon during international visits by judicial delegations, are being effectively followed up and implemented.
