KARBALA: The Governor of Karbala, Eng. Naseef Jassim Al-Khattabi, engaged in discussions with the Spanish Ambassador, Eliza Perez del Bolvar, to explore mechanisms of joint cooperation between Karbala Governorate and Spain.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting focused on revitalizing investment opportunities across various fields, notably in infrastructure, transportation, agriculture, education, sports, and other vital sectors. The dialogue aimed at enhancing bilateral relations and tapping into Spain’s expertise and technology to develop local capacities in Karbala.
