ANBAR: A significant drug smuggling operation was halted by the 13th Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in the Anbar region on Wednesday.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the operation was spearheaded by the Anbar Operations Command within the PMF, led by Commander Qasim Muslih. During the operation, the force managed to intercept and seize 10 kg of narcotic substances. These were subsequently handed over to the appropriate authorities for further processing.
Commander Muslih highlighted the role of accurate intelligence in the success of the operation and emphasized the ongoing commitment of the PMF to combat threats to the security and stability of the region.
