ANKARA: The death toll from the attack on the Turkish Aerospace Industries Company in Ankara has increased to 5, with 22 individuals injured, as announced by Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya. The incident involved an assault using bombs and machine guns, and efforts are ongoing to identify the attackers. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the attack occurred at the TUSAS complex in Ankara's Kahramankazan district, executed by a man and a woman who were subsequently neutralized. Minister Yerlikaya, after visiting the injured in hospitals with Ankara Governor Vasip Sahin, confirmed that 3 of the 22 injured have been discharged, while 19 remain hospitalized, including 2 in critical condition. Minister Yerlikaya expressed wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured and stated that investigations are underway to determine the identities and affiliations of the attackers. The authorities are working to ascertain which organization the assailants were associated with, as part of the ongoing probe int o the tragic event.
