Karbala: The Arab and International Police Department detachments in the Karbala Police Command have successfully detained 12 individuals of Arab and foreign nationalities for contravening residency conditions and engaging in work without official employment contracts within the governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the operation was executed through collaboration with the Residence and Tourism Security Department, Intelligence, and the Iraqi National Intelligence Service. The detainees have been handed over to the Nationality Directorate, Residence Department, for further processing. Authorities continue their efforts to locate and detain other Arab and foreign violators in the city.
