Basra: Basra Gas Company has assured that the gas supply in the local market will remain unaffected following a recent fire incident. The company emphasized that all operational sites are functioning without disruption.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Basra Gas Company issued a statement confirming that the affected area has been secured. The company has implemented all necessary safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and the integrity of facilities. Employees have resumed their duties at their respective work sites.

The company further stated, “We are working to resume operations as quickly and safely as possible.” At present, the company’s operations, maintenance, and safety teams are engaged in thorough inspections and evaluations to confirm that all systems are running efficiently before large-scale operations are resumed.
