Manama: The Chargé d’Affaires at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Ihsan Alawi Hussein, convened with Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain for Political Affairs, at the Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting involved a comprehensive review of the strong historical fraternal relations between Iraq and Bahrain. Discussions centered on enhancing these relations across various fields to benefit both nations and their people, aiming to foster progress and prosperity.

The dialogue also touched upon key developments on regional and international fronts, aligning with joint efforts to promote security, stability, and peace in the region.
