Al-Araji and Nigerian Intelligence Chief Discuss Steps for Boosting Anti-Terrorism Cooperation.


Kuwait: National Security Adviser Qasim Al-Araji held discussions with Muhammad Al-Muhammad, the Director General of the National Intelligence Agency of Nigeria, on enhancing international cooperation to combat terrorism and address border security challenges. The dialogue took place on the sidelines of a high-level conference focused on developing international strategies for tackling terrorism and creating robust border security mechanisms.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting emphasized the necessity for the international community to collectively participate in addressing the ongoing challenges of terrorism and border security. This collaboration is seen as vital for maintaining global stability and ensuring effective responses to these critical issues. Additionally, Al-Muhammad announced Nigeria’s plans to establish its Embassy in Iraq, signaling a new phase of diplomatic relations between the two nations.
