According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting highlighted the United Nations' role in stabilizing Iraq, supporting its democratic processes, and addressing challenges through dialogue. Al-Halbousi commended the UN mission's efforts in providing relief to displaced individuals and restoring stability to liberated areas. The discussions also covered recent political developments in Iraq, particularly focusing on significant legislative proposals like the draft second amendment to the General Amnesty Law.
