Baghdad: The heads of the National State Forces Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, and former Prime Minister, Adel Abdul Mahdi, have highlighted Iraq's need for diverse experiences and expertise to bolster its service and development trajectory. This development emerged from a meeting between the two leaders where they deliberated on the latest political, social, security, and economic developments within Iraq and across the region. According to National Iraqi News Agency, during the meeting, al-Hakim and Abdul Mahdi underscored the importance of maintaining Iraq's current stability as a foundation for achieving long-term stability. They expressed concerns over the escalating tensions in the region and cautioned against its potential expansion to other countries worldwide. The leaders urged the international community to exert pressure for an immediate halt to the ongoing conflict and atrocities against the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples.
