Dollar Exchange Rate Stabilizes in Iraqi Markets

Baghdad: The dollar exchange rates witnessed stability this morning in the local markets in the capital, Baghdad, as well as in Basra and Erbil.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the exchange rates today demonstrated a consistency across these key cities. In Baghdad, the rate was recorded at $100 equaling 152,250 dinars. Meanwhile, in Erbil, the rate was slightly lower at $100 equaling 152,200 dinars, and in Basra, the rate further decreased to $100 equaling 152,000 dinars.

This stabilization comes after previous fluctuations in the currency market, providing a sense of predictability for traders and businesses. The consistent rates across these major cities indicate a temporary halt in the volatility that has previously characterized the currency exchange landscape.
