Media Delegation Visits Dubai Press Club with Arab Journalists Federation President


Dubai: A media delegation, including the President of the Arab Journalists Federation, Mu’ayyad Al Lami, visited the Dubai Press Club alongside a group of intellectuals, journalists, media leaders, and academics from the Arab world. This visit was organized in collaboration with the Emirates Journalists Association.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the visit featured an overview of the operational system of the Dubai Press Club and its initiatives, including the “Arab Media Summit” and the “Arab Media Award”. Mona Ghanem Al Marri, Vice President and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club, welcomed the delegation, expressing pride in the visit, which underscores the strong ties between the club and the Arab media community.



She extended her gratitude to the Journalists Association, led by media figure Fadhila Al Muaini, for its role in organizing the visit and highlighted the association’s contributions to supporting journalism at both local and Arab levels. Al Marri emphasized the club’s commitment to the positive development of media systems locally and regionally, as well as its efforts to address challenges within the Arab media landscape through strategic initiatives.



The visiting media leaders expressed their appreciation for the Dubai Press Club’s efforts and Dubai’s vision in supporting the progress of Arab media across various sectors, reinforcing the media’s path to excellence.
