Baghdad: The Joint Operations Command has announced the implementation of a “live shooting” exercise near the approaches to the US Embassy in the Green Zone. The exercise is scheduled to take place on Saturday, with activities running from seven in the morning until nine in the evening.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Command issued a statement detailing the location and timing of the exercise. The shooting range, which is situated within the approaches to the US Embassy complex, will be active throughout the specified hours. The announcement comes as part of routine training exercises to ensure the preparedness of security forces in the region.
