Dohuk: Kurdish sources announced that Turkish aircraft targeted sites in a number of villages in the Balafa area surrounding the Amadiya district, in Dohuk Governorate, northern Iraq, without specifying the extent of the losses.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, areas in the Kurdistan Region, northern Iraq, are constantly subjected to Turkish air and artillery bombardment. Turkish authorities say they are targeting members and sites of the banned Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK).
