Hillah: Two construction workers lost their lives while working at the Union Sugar Factory in the Al-Shomali district, south of Hillah. The tragic incident occurred as the workers fell from a considerable height.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, the Babylon Police Media Director, confirmed the deaths of the workers. He stated that the bodies have been transferred to forensic medicine and that an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident has been initiated.
