Baghdad: Iraq confirmed its rejection of any attempts aimed at displacing the Palestinian people. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement: “Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein made a phone call with his Palestinian counterpart, Mohammed Mustafa, during which he stressed that Iraq rejects any attempts aimed at displacing the Palestinian people.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Foreign Minister added that Iraq will continue to exert maximum efforts to ensure that the Palestinian file and support for the rights of the Palestinian people are at the forefront of the priorities of the agenda of the Arab Summit that Baghdad will host this year.
