Cairo: The Arab Six-Party Meeting in Cairo affirmed its rejection of the displacement of Palestinians and its support for the implementation of the Gaza agreement in all its stages, noting that it looks forward to working with the administration of US President Donald Trump to achieve the two-state solution.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting stressed its support for the efforts made by Egypt, Qatar, and the US to ensure the implementation of the agreement in all its stages and provisions. The focus is on maintaining complete calm and sustaining the ceasefire, which is crucial for the delivery of humanitarian support across the Gaza Strip. Emphasis was placed on removing obstacles to the entry of humanitarian and shelter aid and addressing recovery and rehabilitation needs.

The Arab Six-Party Meeting reiterated its rejection of any attempts to limit the role of UNRWA and emphasized the importance of a comprehensive process to rebuild Gaza. The meeting urged the international community and the Security Council to implement the two-state solution while rejecting any attempts to divide the Gaza Strip. It stressed the necessity for Israel to withdraw from Gaza.

In a statement, the Saudi Foreign Ministry reported that the Cairo meeting discussed the continuation of the ceasefire in Gaza. The discussions also included enabling the Palestinian Authority to fulfill its duties, the safe return of the displaced in Gaza to their homes, and the delivery of additional aid to Gaza.

The consultative meeting of the Arab Six on Palestine took place in Cairo, focusing on regional developments and establishing a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. The meeting occurred shortly after US President Donald Trump suggested relocating Palestinians from Gaza to neighboring countries like Egypt and Jordan, a proposal rejected by these countries and other Arab and international entities.
