Hilla: A joint force from the National Security Service, in cooperation with the Babylon Police, has arrested a wanted individual under Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law. The arrest took place at an ambush set up at the Al-Bashia checkpoint, located in the Al-Hamza Al-Gharbi district, south of Hilla.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the joint force managed to apprehend the suspect as he attempted to enter the city of Hilla through the checkpoint. The police have since transferred the accused to the competent authorities for further investigation.
